Veeva Vault is a secure, cloud-based, regulated content management system that is used to house sponsor TMF documents specified in the DAIDS TMF Index for DAIDS eTMFs managed by the RSC. It has been qualified and approved by DAIDS to maintain TMF documents from DAIDS and applicable vendors.
If you need access to the RSC Veeva Vault eTMF system, please send a request to the RSC TMF Team DAIDS_TMF@tech-res.com and the DAIDS TMF Team NIAIDDAIDSTMF@mail.nih.gov. Your request should include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your study role
- List of protocol specific TMFs that you will need to access
Once approved by the DAIDS TMF Team, you will be granted a user account to the RSC Veeva Vault eTMF system and assigned the required trainings.
If you do not log in to the RSC Veeva Vault eTMF system for over 90 days, you will receive an email from the RSC System Administrator team requesting that you log in in order to maintain active system credentials. If you do not log in to the system within 2 weeks of receiving this access confirmation email request, your system credentials will be deactivated, and you will be unable to log in or complete tasks in the RSC Veeva Vault system.
