The DAIDS Regulatory Support Center (RSC) is making every effort to ensure that the information available on our website is accessible to all. If you use special adaptive equipment to access the web and encounter problems when using our site, please e-mail us and we will provide the information to you in an alternate format. Please be as specific as possible when describing the information you seek.
RSC has evaluated this site for compliance with section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (as amended). Commonly used assistive technology (AT) may be used with this website.
RSC's website is built using common screen controls and has been developed to allow AT products to access site content. Users of AT should contact their AT vendor to assess the compatibility of their product with Microsoft products (i.e. MS Office and Internet Explorer) and to learn how to adjust their settings to optimize interoperability. RSC's web site on Internet Explorer supports operating system tools such as StickyKeys and FilterKeys as well as Microsoft Active Accessibility.
RSC will assist end users to access accessibility information. This information including the RSC 508 annual report is available on our vendor site.
TRI’s support services can use instant messaging (IM) to assist customers who are hearing impaired. TRI support also provides teletypewriter (TTY) services through Nextalk.net for customers who cannot access IM tools.
This service is available Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. EST.
