If I have trouble logging into Veeva Vault or need to reset my password, what should I do?
For help with the RSC Veeva Vault (VV) eTMF system, please contact the RSC TMF Team at DAIDS_TMF@tech-res.com.
To reset a password that you’ve forgotten:
- From the login page, click Having trouble logging in?
- Enter the email address associated with your Vault account and click Continue. Vault will send an email with instructions for resetting passwords.
- If you only need to reset a password, click Forgot password? and enter the Username (for example, firstname.lastname@example.org) associated with your Veeva Vault account. Vault will send an email with instructions for resetting your password. The password-reset link expires after 24 hours. If this occurs, you’ll need to restart these steps, which invalidates the previously sent links.
